1. Shipping and Delivery

We ship our products to Finland and the EU / worldwide.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are:

  Domestic (Finland): 2–4 business days.

  International: 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over 150€

Some products cannot be returned if the product packaging or protective plastic wrap has been opened due to hygiene reasons, such as perfumes and cosmetics.

3. How to Make a Return

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us via email at mirella@myrellaparfum.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. We will send you the return instructions and the return address.

3. Pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–14 days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at mirella@myrellaparfum.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace or refund the damaged items as quickly as possible.
